Date changes are free up to 45 days before departure, subject to hotel and flight availability. Changes closer to travel may incur supplier charges, which we always confirm before proceeding.

Absolutely. Every package is a starting point — we can change hotels, add or remove days, combine destinations (Nepal with the Maldives is a favourite) or create a completely private itinerary.

We accept international bank transfer, major credit and debit cards through a secure payment link, and local bank or mobile payments in Bangladesh. All payments are confirmed in writing.

Private airport transfers are included in every package. For hotel-only bookings we can add transfers, seaplanes or speedboats on request.

Yes, comprehensive travel insurance is required. For trekking in Nepal, your policy must cover high-altitude trekking and helicopter evacuation.

Visa rules depend on your passport. Nepal and the Maldives offer visas on arrival for most nationalities, Sri Lanka requires an online ETA, and Thailand and Malaysia are visa-free for many travellers. We will advise on your specific case.
