The trip of a lifetime
“From the moment we landed in Kathmandu everything was taken care of. Our guide at Everest Base Camp was patient, funny and incredibly knowledgeable — and the Tengboche sunrise is something I will never forget.”
The classic trek to the foot of Everest through Sherpa villages, monasteries and glacial valleys.
Walking to Everest Base Camp is one of the great journeys on earth. From the dramatic landing at Lukla, the trail follows the Dudh Koshi river to Namche Bazaar, climbs to the monastery at Tengboche with its view of Everest, and continues through high Sherpa villages to the Khumbu Glacier.
Our itinerary includes proper acclimatisation days, experienced licensed guides and porters, and the best available teahouse lodges on the route. A climb of Kala Patthar rewards you with the finest close-up view of Everest’s summit.
